Hello friends. These days, it really doesn't matter where you and your solicitor are located - what matters is that you can get the level of service you want, and the advice you need, without having to pay the earth for it.
I keep my overheads low, and that enables me to offer extremely competitive charging rates. What that means, is that I'm usually able to offer charges that are below whatever is the normal 'going rate' wherever you are.
I'm actually based in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, where I set up my own Family Law practice back in May 2000. Since then I've acted for clients all over England and Wales, particularly in the South West, and in London - but I've also advised many people working abroad and having to resolve Family Law issues back home, from Australia to Venezuela!!
